| My cover this week is the type of cover that many collectors would pass on. It's messy, does not have a stamp and it did not reach its destination. What I like about it is that it an odd rate, (23 cents) with certified service. The post office tried at least five horse tracks to find the recipient before it was returned to the sender. The meter strip on is the post office variety with "P O" in the meter. |

| Hi Everyone, |
| It is Tim again. I finally got to the Library for the Library Board Meeting last Saturday. It was wonderful to see everyone. It has been 3 months since I've been able to get together with then. |
| I want to share a small update with you regarding the work in the basement. Pat mentioned it above. It was so good to see all that Paul, Mark and Rudi have done down there. The new books shelves are the nicest book shelves that I have ever seen. Here is a picture that Mark sent me of the shelve after the staining had been done. I'm really looking forward to getting these shelves in use. |
