| Prior to the open house Bob Hohertz will have a presentation on Minnesota State Revenues. This will be at 11:00 AM. I copied part of Bob's email for a better description of the program. |

| meters that the State of Minnesota has used from early last century to |
| now. State revenues vastly outnumber Federal revenues, and are |
| generally, much less pricey, so they make a good choice when you get the |
| urge to broaden your field of collecting interests." |
| My covers this week are by request. A friend asked if I had any E18 Special Delivery stamps on cover. While first day covers of E18 are common, commercial usages are not. The seventeen-cent rate was intended for parcels sent by special delivery. I have two examples to show. Both of these received airmail special delivery service. One had postage due. |
