| This Saturday is a workday at the library. |
| The first monthly schedule is up for 2025. The Minnesota Postal History Society does not meet in January or February and the library that they have been meeting in is scheduled to be torn down this month. They will have to find a new location for meetings when they resume in March. We will post updates as we receive them. |
| My cover this week is an example of my purchasing something that is a bit out of my wheelhouse. I don't collect foreign airmail or French Moroccan covers, yet here we have exactly that. I bought this at the last bourse at the library as I found it to be both an interesting and attractive cover, plus it was cheap. It is a registered airmail French Morrocco cover sent to Paris in 1925. I know so little about this area that I can't tell you if it was sent March 5th or May 3rd. I will update if I get more information. What I do know is the stamps used are #'s C3 and C7. |
